Kenyan Way offers an On-line Personal Coaching Program. After an initial consultation to discuss your running goals, and completion of the running profile form, you will receive an individualized training schedule. You will receive workouts with goal times based on your ability and current fitness. Training schedules will be adjusted according to your improving fitness. The more feedback the coach receives, the more accurately he can fine tune your workouts.

I have personally run all the workouts I give my clients. You will only be given the workouts that I truly believe will produce the best results. I am currently using these workouts to prepare for the current season. Your training schedule will look very much like mine.

With On-line Personal Coaching you have unlimited access to your coach via email. You can ask questions, get advice, have your schedule changed to accommodate travel, work, races, etc. You have a partner in your training from day one until race day.

The Cost

Because it takes 3 months to see the true benefits of training, and the amount of time necessary to customize your program, there will be an initial payment of $225 (covering the first 3 months).
