• Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6am
  • Starts August 4, 2008

  • Group meets at 6:00am for warm up
  • Monday hill training meets at Jackson Hill Baseball Field and jogs to a workout location
  • Wednesday speed workouts take place at far West entrance of Memorial Park running Trail
  • Runners meet at 6am and finish before 7am
  • Training schedules provided for 5K, 10K or marathon.
  • Suitable for runners of ALL ABILITIES
  • Cost:
    • $200 for full program (includes interactive training schedule and on-line training log)
    • Full program participants receive $50 discount when joining the Marathon Program
