- Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6am
- Starts August 4, 2008
- Ends January 14, 2009
- Group meets at 6:00am for warm up
- Monday hill training meets at Jackson Hill Baseball Field and jogs to a workout location
- Wednesday speed workouts take place at far West entrance of Memorial Park running Trail
- Runners meet at 6am and finish before 7am
- Training schedules provided for 5K, 10K or marathon.
- Suitable for runners of ALL ABILITIES
- Cost:
- $200 for full program (includes interactive training schedule and on-line training log)
- Full program participants receive $50 discount when joining the Marathon Program
