- Monday and Wednesday Evenings at 6PM
- Starts August 4, 2008
- Ends January 14, 2009
- Group meets at 6pm for warm up.
- Actual workout starts at 6:15pm
- Monday morning hill training meets at Jackson Hill Baseball Field and jog to workout location.
- Wednesday speed workouts take place at far West entrance of Memorial Park running Trail
- Training schedules provided for 5K, 10K or marathon.
- Suitable for runners of ALL ABILITIES
- Cost:
- $200 for full program (includes interactive training schedule and on-line training log)
- Full program participants receive a $50 discount when joining The Marathon Program
