• Monday and Wednesday Evenings at 6PM
  • Starts August 4, 2008

  • Group meets at 6pm for warm up.
  • Actual workout starts at 6:15pm
  • Monday morning hill training meets at Jackson Hill Baseball Field and jog to workout location.
  • Wednesday speed workouts take place at far West entrance of Memorial Park running Trail
  • Training schedules provided for 5K, 10K or marathon.
  • Suitable for runners of ALL ABILITIES
  • Cost:
    • $200 for full program (includes interactive training schedule and on-line training log)
    • Full program participants receive a $50 discount when joining The Marathon Program
