An interactive training schedule is provided for the race of your choice. Just enter your current fitness, # days per week you run, current long run, current weekly mileage, race date and distance and you will receive a comprehensive training schedule. Explanations are provided for all workouts. You can also adjust your training paces to allow for the heat and humidity that we struggle with in the summer months.
Your weekly mileage will be increase at 10% per week along with increasing tempo runs, progressive runs and intervals as you get in better shape. Continue to update your fitness level as you progress and you workouts will become more challenging. You will have access to over 100 videos in the members only section of the website.
