Starting February 2nd 2008 The Kenyan Way will be running the Luke's Locker Beat programs. The program runs through April 26th 2008 and is for runners of all abilities. There will be training programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced runners and walkers.

Workouts will take place Tuesday (6am or 6pm) and Saturday morning at 8am.
