Spring program

Spring 2019 Training (includes Boston)
Kenyan Way’s 2019 Spring Program which consists of Monday Hill Workouts, Wednesday Speed Workouts and Saturday Long Runs starts on SaturdayFebruary 2nd and runs through till Saturday April 20th. Focus will be on training for the mile to 5k but at the same time allows you to prepare for longer races such as 10K, 1/2 marathon and full marathons if needed.  The online  training schedules start January 7th, 2019 with group workouts & runs beginning Saturday February 2nd 2019.
All levels of runners are welcome and accommodated.
