Monday Hills - 5:20am group start with warm up drills at 5:10am (report to Jackson Hill then jog to workout location)
Wednesday or Thursday Speed workouts - on your own (you will be emailed instructions each Tuesday)
Saturday Supported Long runs - 6am group start (Jackson Hill)
