Kenyan Way’s 2017 Spring Program which consists of Monday Hill Workouts, Wednesday Speed Workouts and Saturday Long runs starts on Saturday January 28th and runs through till Saturday April 15th.
Focus will be on training for the mile to 5k but at the same time preparing you for longer races such as 10K, 1/2 marathon and full marathons. Online training schedules start January 2nd 2017 while group workouts begin Saturday January 28th 2017
