Group Saturday Long runs begin Saturday February 8th 2020 meeting at 303 Jackson Hill, 77007 (Baseball Field)
Online schedule for Mondays include Progressive, Tempo and Critical Velocity workouts and Wednesdays include a variation of mile/3k/5k pace workouts along with ladders. The Saturday schedule will provide distance and pace for the marathon of choice.
Saturday's easy group long runs with Iced Water and Gatorade every two miles.
