  • Join any time (prorated on website at checkout)
  • Monday Hills, Wednesday Speed and Saturday Long Runs
  • Starts monday August 8th, 2016 - Houston Marathon 2017
  • Monday Hill Training - You should be warmed up and ready for the group starts at 5:20am or 6:05am.  
  • Core exercises offered at base after each Monday workout.
  • Wednesday Speed Workouts meet at SouthEast Corner of Memorial Park by Gazebo : Any time Between 5am-7am
  • Saturday 6am supported Long Run (iced water & gatorade every 2 miles on supported course)
  • Monday workouts and Long Run meet at Jackson Hill Baseball Field. Click here to see map of meeting place.
  • Bring a towel for our 15 minutes of core training or stretching which takes place after the long runs.
  • Customized training schedules provided for 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon.
  • Suitable for runners of all abilities. You should be able to comfortably jog 3 miles before joining this program
  • Cost: $285 (after $50 discount for combining both Speed and Marathon programs)
