Monday Hill Training - You should be warmed up and ready for the group starts at 5:20am or 6:05am
Core exercises offered at base after each workout.
Saturday 6am supported Long run
All workouts meet at Jackson Hill Baseball Field.

Bring a towel for our 15 minutes of core training or stretching which takes place after every workout.
Customized training schedules provided for 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon.
Suitable for runners of all abilities. You should be able to comfortably jog 3 miles before joining this program
